Delivery Time
Free shipping is usually delivered within 8-15 working days after ordering.

Guaranteed Delivery
If you do not receive the product due to logistics reasons, we will immediately refund you in full after confirming the situation with the logistics company.

Ship Order

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Due to certain unforeseen events, the estimated delivery date may be delayed. Orders for different products may be shipped separately. All purchases made through amibocard are subject to a transportation contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Cancel Order

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Mailing Address

A correct and complete shipping address is vital. Once your order is ready to ship or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us because the address provided by you, the customer, is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you immediately for corrections and the package will be re-shipped at additional shipping charges. You must provide a daytime phone number for all orders.

Shipping Express and Status

Orders are shipped by AMIBOCARD from Shenzhen, China. When you place an order with Amibocard, you will receive an email from Amibocard with delivery information. Please check your email address. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam folder and add Amibocard to your contact list.

How do I get an accessory I’ve lost or want to buy?

Please contact us at support@amibocard.com and we will be happy to assist you and provide you with a solution within 24 hours working days.

Since I need to purchase this device as soon as possible, is there an option for expedited shipping?

Amibocard does not offer expedited shipping at this time. However, we will try our best to ship as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us at support@amibocard.com.

Why hasn’t my package been picked up yet?

we are very sorry. If your package has been waiting for 5 days, it may be lost or delayed. Please feel free to contact us at support@amibocard.com; we will help you resolve your issue.

Where is my order currently located?

Amibocard – Orders: You can view email confirmations with tracking numbers and track shipments on the shipping company’s website. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us by email at support@amibocard.com. Once your order has shipped, you can also log into your customer account to view the tracking number.
